By accessing or using the services provided by Book My Reservation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of this website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Renter Eligibility

To rent a vehicle through our platform, you must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Be at least 21 years of age (renters under 25 may incur a "Young Driver" surcharge).
• Provide a valid credit card in the name of the primary renter.
• Maintain valid personal auto insurance where required by local law.

3. Reservation & Cancellation

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. While we strive to provide the exact model requested, we reserve the right to provide a "similar" vehicle within the same class. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a processing fee.

4. Prohibited Uses

Vehicles rented through Book My Reservation shall not be used:

• By any person other than the authorized driver listed on the agreement.
• For any illegal activity or to carry passengers/property for hire.
• To tow or push any vehicle or trailer.
• In any race, test, or off-road contest.

5. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all charges, including daily rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, and any applicable tolls or fines incurred during the rental period. Any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance is the financial responsibility of the renter.

6. Limitation of Liability

Book My Reservation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your rental experience. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific rental reservation.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rental originates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
